The services provided for each project will be outlined in a written quote, proposal, email or other agreed documentation.

Project requirements, timelines, pricing, and deliverables may vary depending on the scope of work.

Alien Web Developer will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as agreed. However, completion times may be affected by factors outside our control, including delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals from the client.

Project Scope

The scope of work for each project will be clearly outlined before development begins.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.

This ensures transparency and helps keep projects running smoothly.

To help us complete your project efficiently, you agree to:

Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

All quotes provided by Alien Web Developer are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if the project scope changes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Additional work requested outside the agreed project scope may incur extra charges. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before the work begins.

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.

If payment is not received on time, Alien Web Developer may pause work, withhold project files, delay website launch or suspend ongoing services until outstanding amounts are paid.

All payments made are non-refundable for work already completed or services already provided.

Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included within a project.

However, excessive revisions or requests outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

This helps ensure the project remains efficient and fair for both parties.

Upon full payment, the client will own the completed website design and the content they provided.

Alien Web Developer retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
