Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

All quotes provided by Alien Web Developer are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if the project scope changes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.

If payment is not received on time, Alien Web Developer may pause work, withhold project files, delay website launch or suspend ongoing services until outstanding amounts are paid.

All payments made are non-refundable for work already completed or services already provided.

Revisions and Changes

However, excessive revisions or requests outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

Website Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will own the completed website design and the content they provided.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party services used for their website.

Website Security and Maintenance

Alien Web Developer takes reasonable steps to help keep websites secure and operating smoothly. However, no website, server, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from interruptions.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting access to their website, hosting account, and related services.

Website maintenance services are provided according to the agreed service plan or arrangement.
